MILLWALL under-21s midfielder Elias Mansor has been called up to the Afghanistan national team for their Asian Cup qualification fixtures at the end of the month.
Mansor, nineteen, will be looking to add to his two caps when Afghanistan take on Myanmar on Thursday, March 26 and Syria on Tuesday, March 31.
Afghanistan are third in Group E and has already been eliminated from the 2027 Asia Cup, with Syria boasting an insurmountable lead at the top of the group.
He will not be the only Lion on international duty.
Max Crocombe was called up by the New Zealand national team, while Mihailo Ivanovic and Tommy Watson will link up with the Serbia under-21s and England under-20s, respectively.
Serbia take on Kyrgyzstan in a friendly on Thursday, March 26, with another friendly to be confirmed, while England face Italy on Friday, March 27.
