MILLWALL broke their record league attendance at The New Den for the second time this season on Saturday.
19,153 supporters, including 3,178 away fans, watched the Lions lose 3-1 to Portsmouth.
It comes off the back of another record-breaking day just four weeks ago, when 19,004 were in attendance for Millwall’s 4-0 battering of south London rivals Charlton Athletic.
The all-time record attendance at The New Den remains 20,093, recorded in an FA Cup tie against Arsenal in 1994.
Millwall are currently averaging 16,797 a game, their highest average attendance in the past ten seasons, as they push for their first Championship play-off appearance in more than 20 years.
