ALEX Neil has handed Thierno Ballo his first start in nearly three months as Millwall take on West Bromwich Albion at the Hawthorns.
Ballo starts on the left of a four-man midfield, with Camiel Neghli moving inside to partner Casper De Norre in the engine room. Mihailo Ivanovic comes in to play alongside Josh Coburn up front.
