Peckham’s Bellenden road is to host a new weekly farmers market, turning The Belham Primary School into a vibrant one-stop shop for organic and fresh produce, writes Frankie Hills…
Running every Saturday between 9:30am to 3pm from January 24th the market will offer over 25+ traders providing the freshest possible produce available, all whilst accompanied to the backdrop of live music, street food, artisan coffee and wine.
The market will aim to provide a wide range of nutritional products, including grass-fed meats, day-boat fish and vegetables grown with no chemical input.
Alongside farmers produce, a carefully curated selection of European traders will also be present, offering a selection of cheeses, charcuterie and antipasti. A selection of pastries, homemade bread, pies and tarts should also be expected for any would be attendees. A wide selection of wines will also be present, both to enjoy at the site of the market and to also take home.

Danefold Farm – Leaders in regenerative farming, producing exceptional meat alongside their own handmade charcuterie.
Astons Bakehouse – Handmade certified organic breads using heritage grains, including their cult-favourite rye loaf.
