ADAM Mayor, Kamarl Grant, Sha’mar Lawson and Chin Okoli’s loan spells all came to an end in the past week.
Okoli and Lawson started as Woking drew 1-1 with Sutton United on Monday, May 5 – the Cards’ final game of the season. Woking finished the season fifteenth in the National League.
Lawson joined the Cards on loan in March and made six appearances in all competitions, while Okoli joined in January and made seventeen.
Mayor was substituted on in the 82nd minute of Bromley’s 3-0 win against Cheltenham on Saturday, May 3, a result that meant the Ravens finished eleventh in League Two. Mayor finishes his loan spell, having made seventeen appearances.
Grant, also on loan at Bromley, missed Saturday’s game through injury and finishes his time at Hayes Lane having made 43 appearances in all competitions.
Tom Leahy, who announced he was leaving Millwall at the end of the season on Tuesday, helped Maidstone United make the National League South play-off final, where they will face Boreham Wood.
The forward started The Stones’ quarter-final tie away at Worthing on April 30 and won a penalty in the fifteenth minute, which Ben Brookes converted. Leahy missed Maidstone’s 2-1 win against Eastbourne Borough in the semi-final on Sunday, May 4, after injuring himself in the pre-match warm-up.
Kevin Nisbet played the full match as Aberdeen lost 1-0 to St Mirren on Saturday, May 3. The Dons are fourth in the Scottish Premiership, three points behind third-placed Hibernian, and still have to play Rangers, Celtic, and Dundee United. Nisbet is currently the club’s top scorer on thirteen goals in all competitions.
