Fourteen students from St Thomas the Apostle Sixth Form in Nunhead have been invited for a highly sought-after interview at Oxford, Cambridge or medical school.
The students have been supported by STAC’s Beyond 18 programme, where they have each had a personalised programme to prepare them for the application and selection process
Although it varies by subject, 30 to 40 per cent of applications to Oxford are called to interview and around 70 per cent for Cambridge.
The support given to these students ranged from admission test preparation, weekly meetings, academic training camps, application mentoring and multiple mock interviews.

- Finlay Plant- Engineering at University of Cambridge.
- David Orekunrin- Medicine at University of Oxford.
- Jacob Navo- Chemical Engineering at University of Cambridge.
- Tianna Fogarty- Psychological and Behavioural Sciences at University of Cambridge.
- Sasha Collange- University of Cambridge.
- Emmanuella Adewale- Medicine at University of Lincoln.
- Daniel Momoh- Land Economy at University of Cambridge.
- Christian Omosigho- Medicine at University of Cambridge.
- Kaisen Anderson- Mathematics at University of Cambridge.
- Jake Nealon- Medicine at Kent and Medway Medical School.
