The Lions had been pretty poor for the opening 45 minutes against their resident bogey team, Blackburn Rovers, and there was a palpable nervousness that they were about to let an opportunity slip through their fingers. A late Bristol City equaliser had denied Middlesbrough a win in the early kick-off, meaning Millwall would go second if they beat the relegation-battling Rovers. Yet they were limp and lifeless in that first half, attracting the ire of many fans on social media. Why were they not playing well? Were they just not bothered? Did a side that had won five of their last six suddenly turn crap over...
