Residents have moved into a new council housing block containing 13 flats on Sedgemoor Place off Southampton Way in Camberwell.
The low-rise brick development contains a mixture of one, two and three-bedroom flats which all have balconies.
The block also contains bin stores and space for keeping bikes.
Half of the 13 flats have been set aside for people living in the immediate area.

Cllr Helen Dennis, Southwark Council’s Cabinet Member for New Homes and Sustainable Development, said: “I’m thrilled to celebrate the completion of more much-needed council homes for local people. These are among the 3,000 council homes we’ve built or have under construction on site in Southwark.
“Like all our new council homes, these flats are of the highest quality, spacious and light, with plenty of homes available for families.
“With 50% of the new homes here being allocated to local people in the immediate area, we are pleased that these homes are directly supporting the local community and ensuring people can stay near their friends and family when they move to a new home”.
