Have a butchers at the new look Elephant and Castle with 593 homes across eight blocks

Lend Lease has launched its biggest phase of housing to date in the Elephant and Castle regeneration scheme – with 593 new homes across eight blocks.

The homes have been launched in the second phase of Elephant Park, West Grove, in towers that range from five storeys to 31.

Prices starts at £415,000 for a one bedroom flat.
