Leodora Darlington’s The Exes will be launched at GAIL’s in Southwark in a Q&A and book signing, writes Cristina Trujillo…

The British author, from London, will be launching both her new book and a new monthly event at GAIL’s on Thursday, March 5 – World Book Day.

Guests can expect coffee, pistachio cake, a signed copy of The Exes and a free tote bag, alongside the in-person conversation.

One hot drink and cake will be free, and Darlington will go into detail about her inspirations for The Exes and her creative process.

Bestselling author Leodora Darlington released The Exes to critical acclaim two days before Valentine’s Day.

The Exes has rave reviews on GoodReads, with readers citing a “wild, stormy ride.” The fiction novel is also a Good Morning America book club pick.

The psychological thriller dives into a fractured marriage and the chaos that ensues when the protagonist confronts her relationships with her exes.

Coming to Southwark Fire Station bakery, the first event in the Book of the Month series will platform exciting authors and releases, with GAIL’s set to release details of future events.

GAIL’s is running the new literary event as part of an ongoing collaboration with Penguin Books.
