There also plans for a 118 sqm communal garden which would be located on a roof terrace and would provide long-distance views towards the south, east and towards Burgess Park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A second roof terrace would provide an extra 71 sqm of children\u2019s play space, while a further 95 sqm of children\u2019s play space will be located elsewhere in the development.
