This fits the Greater London Authority\u2019s \u2018Be Lean, Be Clean, Be Green, and Be Seen\u2019 Energy Hierarchy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Contractors The Hill Group are expected to begin building on-site from Tuesday, March 31, with construction is set to be complete by early 2028.
