of the health centre, and will work with the NHS&nbsp;South East London Integrated Care Board (ICB) which manages health services in the area to fit it out in line with NHS standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The ICB will provide Southwark with a &#8216;memorandum of understanding&#8217;
