Southwark Council<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Residents with electric cars will easily be able to charge them on the estate thanks to new electric vehicle charging points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As four residents living in the Manor Grove homes chose not to move into one of the new homes. These first new homes are more than bricks and mortar \u2013 they represent security, opportunity and a fresh start for the families who are moving in.
